I watch a lot of tv, guess tt's wat a lot of my frens noe too. after my "years of experience", i realised tt ppl who try and get guiness world records will keep trying n keep trying.. until they own hundreds of records. is dere some cash price tagged to the record anywae? haha..

okie. so much for the intro. so jus now i saw on the news, that there is this man who jus got a record of playing hula-hoops in water. so amazing rite?!~ i was so shocked. how can anyone do tt in water. in water leh!! den the newscaster went on to elaborate that he oredi has 144 world records. which is ok, considering my intro jus now. den one of his records is... skipping rope in the water!!!

n den as if lidat not shocking enuff, the nex news kept my mouth open thruout the whole duration of the news. the hula-hoop-skipping-rope-in-water-man did his stunt in water with dolphins swimming ard. so they connected the nex news with a dolphin news. yes, the dolphin news kept my mouth open. these bunch of dolphins... they can blow bubbles in water!!!

they'll suck in air from this tube provided. den they'll blow them out. very pretty leh the bubbles they blow. if i din hear wrongly the bubbles are duno 10cm in diameter. n den after they blow out the bubble they'll chase it n burst it. so cute.

The day of my unofficial graduation from the full-time student career.
The day i unofficially become jobless.
The day i start to prepare to enter the next phase of my life.
The day i can finally slack after months of hard work.
The day i can finally sing KTV after almost half a yr.
The day i can finally watch vcds till the wee hours of the night.
The day i can finally read storybooks without guilt tt i realli shld b doing work.

And the list goes on...
Haha this post is soooooooooo backdated. but dere has oni been 1 post after my exams. so . not been actively reading blogs too.. it's been almost one month after my exams le.. realli wonder wat i've been doing all these time. when the list of my errands to run is still unfinished. hahaha. but i rem dawndawn mentioning in her blog when my exams just ended tt i m finally back in the scene, back from being MIA. hahah.. so i shall finally stop being lazy and start blogging all over again. so here.. a tribute to NUS life..

For the serious part:
Sotong-ly entered Chemical Engineering thinking tt it is related to chemistry.
Took on a 7-module 1st semester cos angmoh not powderful enuff.
Absolutely stressed out and unable to adapt, hence building up my "can b too stressed over sch work" reputation among my frens and family and relatives.
(to the extent my mum told me to give up if i realli cannot take it, family cny cards telling me not to be too stressed over studies, frenster testimonials telling me not to be stressed.. etc)
Got my C.A.P for the 1st sem, but din noe it was not ideal until *e**i*g was upset abt her grades, which was betta den mine.
Can't remember if i worked hard for 2nd sem, except tt i got worse results den 1st.
The 3rd sem marked a significant change in my "NUS career", when i ripped off the golden harvest sem.
What followed is a never-ending pursuit for 2nd uppers.
Den it was the IA at *M, a helluva OT experience.
Turns out tt i do like chem engine anywae, at the end of 4 yrs

For the fun part:
Duno where i found the courage, i joined chem engin w/o knowing ANYONE.
Wanted to make frens thru chem engin orientation camp. Flipped thru the brochure advertising all the orientation camps, laughing at the fact tt CHESS society oso had a camp. Reached the end of the brochure, wondering out loud where the chem engin camp is. Flipped thru the 2nd time. *smack head* CHESS = CHemical & Environmental engineering Student Society.

Boarded the shuttle bus to sentosa for Freshman Welcome Camp (FWC). met zhenxian, sec sch aquaintance, now OG mate.
Through FWC, met a great bunch of frens, who stayed as frens even after the camp, even sat together during lectures. (which could hav been the reason why i'm not close to most of my classmates, minus the fact tt i m anti-social myself )
Though 1st sem was a break-down disaster, i met great frens like cheewei, who is not in my OG but became frens with my OG such tt she became part of us. Not forgetting to mention wat she kept on reminding me over the yrs --> how did we meet? cos i smashed an egg on her forehead in one of the orientation games.
(my gosh. after so long i'm still in yr1.. lol)
Ok year 2. an even happier yr for me.. i tink.
After some hesitation, Seline decided to join FWC as counsellors. The decision to stay together in an OG sorta got destroyed when kelvin li joined us. nonetheless, it is another permanent addition to the OG as kel is a spontaneous n easy-going person, who can send a few ppl living in different locations home. tt i'm grateful for, for i'd the privilege to take the car a few times. though we never fail to repeat his occasional haphazard driving, which i believe will continue to be the topic as long as we take his car.
Involved in the fright night in the FWC. Staged a japanese sadako scene with yongchuan and keli as jap soldier, me as the crawling sadako, camy as the walking sadako, and leeying with her incredible fingers-folding stunt which many freshmen took as a fake prop.
Had to b a SP as there were insufficient gers in the freshmen cohort, but met a colour-wolf, at least in my opinion. not to mention he's not even good-looking.
Can't remember the rest of yr2, except tt after the CTW project, became closer frens with weiting, an even more easy-going ger, who always give in to my requests and kenna suan/bully by me. a ger who stuck on with me as we grew to yr4, cos of our similar interests in the modules. a ger whom i gradually became reliant on.
Year 3 started massive project work. n the whole load of stayovers to do proj.
1 night for Engin Pro. 2 nights for Heavenly Maths.
pause one sem for IA.
3 nights for Process Modelling.
i tink tt's all. i hope tt's all. n guess wat is the common factor in these overnights?
Chng Mei Ying + Tay Gek Koon. wonder if it's a curse. hahaha.
Nonetheless, i'm glad i got the right groupmates for most of my projects, cos the process of doing projects were filled with fun and laughter besides serious work.

That about marks the end of my 4 yrs in NUS. (i'm lazy to put up photos...) had times of immense stress, times of great fun. made alot of great frens, seline, cn5. those whose names i din mention in this entry... not cos u're not my good fren. jus so happens tt my story din need to mention ur name. haha.
